While some of the traffic your site receives through your real estate Internet marketing activity may be ready to sign up as a client or to buy one of your properties, the majority won’t be. However, you don’t want to lose them so you need to harvest their information. One way to do that is by having something for them to sign up for, such as a free newsletter on buying a home or a contest. People will submit their contact information which you can later use to stay in touch with them so when they’re ready to act your name will be fresh in their minds. This is another way to jumpstart your Real estate lead capture.
